I'm Ruth, a CBT and REBT therapist helping clients UK wide, online, or face to face in my therapy room.


I can help guide you through:

My approach is a collaborative journey, introducing cognitive tools to help transform your unhealthy negative emotions and thoughts into rational and positive thinking habits. Resulting in calmness, acceptance and happiness.


For those who prefer simply talking, I am an experienced counsellor and life coach.


Prior to becoming a therapist I worked as Head of People and Culture for a corporate company in London, this has given me many insights into workplace anxieties and wellbeing.


I also work with companies to provide mental health support for employees.
